Leading jockey Sam Clipperton has listed his Kingsford investment apartment for auction.
N.G. Farah agent Joe Recep has scheduled an August 15 auction with an $875,000 price guide.
The 90sqm Houston Rd apartment, now near the new light rail, was bought in 2015, after which the apartment was refurbished.

It is in a block of 11.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment comes with three balconies on the first floor of an early 1970s block of 11 units sold off by Effie Holdings’s Michael Callaghan.
The unit became a $700 a week rental while Clipperton was based in Hong Kong, but he’s now happily based in Rose Bay with his partner Morgan.

They spent $1.9 million on a three bedroom townhouse last year.
The 26-year-old jockey, whose most recent major win was on Destiny’s Kiss in the Winter Cup, rode Centimental to finish fourth in the controversial first race at Rosehill on Saturday.
