After searching for more than a year, actress Jennifer Lawrence has finally found a buyer for her New York City penthouse,
The multi-level condo is at The Laurel Building on Manhattan’s 67th St., and was last on the market for around $16.6 million (US$12 million).

That is far less than the $21.6 million (US$15.6 million) she paid for it, according to property records via the NY Post.
The sale was reported but not yet recorded, according to StreetEasy, so we don’t know its final sales price.
The “Hunger Games” and “Silver Linings Playbook” star bought the unit in 2016 through a company purchase, but The NY Post was the first to report her as its owner in October 2019, after she keeping it secret for years.
A key-lock elevator directly into the penthouse, which opens up to a two-level abode with 12-foot ceilings.

The lavish penthouse comes with a three-bedroom, and 4.5 bathrooms set across 380 sqm.
It features a stunning outdoor space that includes an outdoor kitchen, built-in ping-pong table and several entertaining areas.
Inside, there’s a chef’s kitchen and an open dining/living room space divided by a two-sided limestone gas fireplace, with a hallway that separates the public and private spaces.
The 30-story building, which was built in 2005, features amenities like a paparazzi-proof garage, a concierge and a door man, a double-story gym with a lap pool, sauna, and steam room, and a double-height lounge, bike room and private storage.
