Ray White Berri Barmera Loxton principal Greg Cram, who is marketing the vessel with Teri Wenske, said it could be used as a permanent residence, holiday home or investment property.

“It’s currently used as a hire boat (but) there is a marina … so if somebody wanted to live on the houseboat full time they could,” he said.
“The current owners have had it for 20 years and they’ve done a lot of renovations to it.”
The two-storey houseboat has a range of ‘ferry’ impressive features, including multiple entertainment decks and modern interiors.
It has an open kitchen, living and dining area that flows through sliding glass doors onto an entertainment deck with a new barbecue, ice chests and outdoor setting.

Mr Cram said it wouldn’t last long on the market.
“We’ve got really strong interest in it,” he said.
“They’re more business people who have been looking at it, we’ve had a lot of inquiries from Adelaide people as well.”
