A former rail workers cottage with ocean views has captured the eyes and hearts of hipster house hunters in Tugun.
The charming four-bedroom Queenslander was among the top 10 most-viewed residential properties in Queensland last week.
And inquiry on 21 Biby Street has been “nuts”, according to David Marshall, principal of Southern Gold Coast Realty, who is calling for offers over $875,000.
“It’s a house that people fall in love with before they’ve even seen it,” he said.
“It’s also quite unique to find this style of home in this area.”

Thought to have been relocated to Tugun in the 1950s, the home retains much of its original character with casement windows, French doors and timber floors among the period features.
A large timber deck faces east to capture the coastal outlook over Tugun village to the beach.
“It’s a gorgeous old Queenslander and it has hit that sweet spot for the price with a view.”
Mr Marshall said the 405 sqm property had attracted strong interest among “hipster professionals” keen to invest in the Tugun lifestyle.
Last week a 30-year-old house at 27 Bob Barnard Drive in Tugun attracted more than 750 people to inspections over four days.
There were 30 written offers on the unrenovated residence on 881 sqm, which was listed with a price guide of $605,000 to $665,000.
Staged presentation was credited for several offers coming in over $700,000.
House prices in Tugun have jumped by 43.9 per cent in the past five years, with latest figures putting the median sale price at $698,000.
