The “wavelike” style of concrete wall panels and pre-made curved resin fascia panels is the true standout of the house.

“The whole idea was to make it look like a piano and it’s got the curves you see in houses on the Hollywood Hills,” said marketing agent Sebastian Ross of Ray White Pacific Pines.

“It’s got that 60s and 70s feel but with a very modern twist.

“The components had to be made to order and put together on site.”

As soon as you enter the house, a combination of light, space and nature is evident as a huge tree fills a centre void.

“With the glass panels and the huge tree you get the beautiful texture of the glass as well as the wood and greenery from the tree,” he said.

“When the morning light hits the tree it is just glistening, it’s really quite spectacular.”

Mr Ross said he has already had 40 groups through the house and four offers.

Oxenford’s median house price is $527,250 according to REA Group.

Property records show the highest sale in Oxenford is $1.26 million 2017 for a house on Brittany Drive.
